National CIS Council 119 Welcome

On behalf of the National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council 119 "team", I would like to welcome you to our website.

Our Council represents the interests of the DHS Citizenship and Immigration Service's bargaining unit employees, both regionally and nationally. 

This website is just one of several communication tools we will utilize to help keep our Locals and membership advised of matters of importance and opportunities.

We are honored to serve you, and invite you to join our "team" by stepping up to volunteer to support your Local and Council.  How can you do so?  Become a member and contact your Local and/or our Council so that, together, we can bring about a better workplace, better working conditions, and a more-efficient agency.
